NULISA pilot study, bridge and control wells: raw reports from four plates

Raw NULISAseq Inflammation Panel reports (250 protein targets) from a four-plate pilot, restricted to the wells that contain no study-participant material: on each plate, six replicate wells of one bridge control serum plus ten vendor controls (4 negative, 3 sample, 3 inter-plate). 64 wells in total.

Each workbook keeps all four sheets of the vendor report (NPQ, raw counts, detectability, sample and run QC). A long-format CSV of the NPQ values is included for convenience. Wells holding study samples were removed and study identifiers replaced with neutral labels; no values were changed.

These data are sufficient to reproduce the variance-component calibration (Table 1) of “How many bridge specimens are enough? A practical cost-vs-precision framework for multi-batch high-plex proteomics” (Journal of Proteome Research, submitted), using the analysis code at doi:10.5281/zenodo.21895289 without modification.
