ECOD Classification of AFDB 48 Proteomes

This repository holds the domains classified using DPAM from AF2DB proteins
from the 16 'model organisms' and 32 'organisms of global health interest'.

The following files are provided containing high-confidence assignments:
af2_eukaryotes.dpam_v5.domains.txt
af2_bacteria.dpam_v5.domains.txt
af2_all.dpam_v5.domains.txt

Additionally, the following supplementary files are provided:
af2_all.partial_domains.dpam_v5.domains.txt -- those domains filtered from consideration because of coverage considerations
af2_all.simple_domains.dpam_v5.domains.txt  -- those domains filtered from consideration because of low SSE 
af2_all.low_confidence.dpam_v5.domains.txt  -- those domains with low confidence assignment (i.e. unassigned)
