ECOD develop291: coordinates and ligand contacts of every domain

Per-domain coordinate files for all domains of ECOD (Evolutionary Classification of protein Domains) release develop291 (2024-04-12), the last PDB-only ECOD release. The release itself distributed coordinates only for representative subsets; this record holds the full set the legacy ECOD website served.

• ecod.develop291.pdbnum.pdb.tar.zst: 1,070,536 domain PDB files in author (PDB) residue numbering
• ecod.develop291.seqres.pdb.tar.zst: 1,080,346 domain PDB files numbered by SEQRES position
• ecod.develop291.ligand_contact.txt.tar.zst: ligands within 4 Å of each domain (1,082,375 files)
• ecod.develop291.missing_files.tsv: the 13,650 domains lacking one or more of these files
