AnnotatedBCGEData is an R package that uses the ExperimentHub infrastructure in Bioconductor. To create this package, we gathered more than 100 gene-expression data sets (microarray and RNA-Sequencing) from public repositories, including Gene Expression Omnibus, ArrayExpress, and The Cancer Genome Atlas. Where feasible, we obtained raw data and reprocessed the data using modern computational pipelines. Additionally, we provide metadata in an easy-to-use format. Our goal is to provide researchers with easier access to these data with the goal of accelerating biomedical discovery.
