Replication packages for peer-reviewed research by Ariz Naqvi (American University of the Middle East, Kuwait) in human resource management and cross-national organisational behaviour. Each deposit holds the analysis code, variable construction and harmonisation scripts, codebooks, and output logs needed to reproduce published estimates from large harmonised survey programmes including EWCS, ISSP, ESS, EVS, and EQLS. Raw microdata are not redistributed; access routes to the original data providers are documented in each package.
