BraggSpotFinder Data Set (BSD)
Description
This is the data set that was used to train and test a new BraggSpotFinder application based on the U-Net convolutional neural network.
Data set consists on 304 individual CBF diffraction frames from 49 crystals.
All diffraction frames were acquired using the rastering method at the AMX beamline, NSLS-II.
Notes
This is a set of 304 protein diffraction patterns from 49 crystals collected at the AMX beamline.
All data are from a dectris eiger 9 m detector and all images contain the relevant metadata information required for re-processing.
The list of 59 images below were used for the test set.
