Description

Matlab package for the validation of vertical profiles of ocean parameters through the Mann-Whitney, t-test and Fisher statistical tests; compares data from moored buoys such as: PIRATA/RAMA/TAO/TRITON with analysis and reanalysis datasets.

How to install

Matlab 2021b compatible software

- Open Matlab
- Go to APP tab
- Click on the "Install App" button
- Select the compBuoy.mlappinstall file
- In the Install dialog click on the "Install" button

How to run

Type in the Matlab command window:

>> compBuoy <Enter>

or Find compBuoy in the APP tab of Matlab.
