For described species, body lengths were taken from Wood (1966, 1971; mean lengths if ranges given by Wood); for new species, total body length was used. For biprorus Blandford, information in Wood (1971) for the junior synonym querceus Wood was used. “Nr. collections (nr indiv.)” = Number of collections (number of individuals per collection, separated by commas).
